I’ve lived through the trials and tribulations of business development and expanded my businesses. At Aspire Lady Leaders, I believe in honesty and people and want to help mentor and give back what I’ve learned in my business career. I will focus on being committed and watch for any way of saving our clients wasted time and money. My role is to listen to our clients’ unique needs, set actionable goals, and provide the strategies they need to succeed. Then expand their minds and set up goals to reach . I will motivate and guide them in implementing new strategies to increase profitability and achieve higher margins. President at Aeromark Mechanical Inc for 18 years building the best mechanical design build alternative in North New Jersey. Our revenues grew over total 120 million after start-up with minimal investment or risk associated with start-ups. Creating and managing a team of over 70 employees, most of which are with us today. Completion of 100% of projects and services to our long-standing clientele at the best efficiency and cost of construction. My strength and knowledge within the construction industry started with understanding my client’s needs and building relationships all along the way to command a large HVAC market share of North New Jersey territory. Meeting my customers’ goals and budgets is of the utmost importance. I have been trained to believe employee loyalty and long-standing relationships are part of the key to success. Follow through with purchasing and pitting vendors against each other to provide the best possible costs and quality of materials. Understanding the competition and market share in the construction industries with major contractors or business players and our firm’s role within this industry. Developing relationships with local Engineering firms and Architects. Getting these professionals to recommend our firm in the development of new and existing business. Past
My prior career I spent 13 years growing Fritze and Sons and then Keyspan Energy mechanical companies’ revenues through HVAC sales. My sales exceeded expectations. Grew higher profit margins through my expertise outshining other sales associates at the companies. I developed new relationships and added a new customer base and developed my following for my own company.

For 12 years prior to sales in HVAC  I worked in retail in the lighting industry. I developed my own customer base and was promoted to manager in a brief period of time. With the existing owner, I was offered a partnership, and we started are expansion and grew revenues all along. We grew one store location into 3 store locations. Being aggressive I decided to learn other industries and move my skills to focus on a new career that would build my wealth.
