Return & Cancellation Policy – Aspire Lady Leaders, LLC.

Memberships

• All membership fees are non-refundable once the membership term has begun.
• Monthly memberships can be canceled at any time, but they are not eligible for partial refunds. Access to member benefits will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
• If a member wishes to transfer their membership to another individual, a written request must be submitted before the end of the current billing cycle, and approval is at the company’s discretion.
• Aspire Lady Leaders, LLC. does not process credit card transfers between members for security reasons. The new member must provide their own payment details to initiate membership.
• Annual memberships may be canceled within 7 days of purchase for a full refund, provided no services, events, or consultations have been used. After this period, fees are non-refundable.

Events & Workshops

• Cancellations 14+ days before the event: Full refund, minus a 10% processing fee.
• Cancellations 7-13 days before the event: 50% refund.
• Cancellations less than 7 days before the event: Non-refundable, but the ticket may be transferred to another person with written notice.
• If the event is canceled by Aspire Lady Leaders, LLC., you will receive a full refund or credit for a future event.
• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method or as event credit, per the customer’s preference.

One-on-One Mentoring or Hourly Consultation Sessions

• No refunds for completed mentoring sessions.
• Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a full session charge.
• If dissatisfied, clients may request a one-time complimentary session with another mentor.
• Associates or professionals’ fees for completed or partial sessions is non-refundable

Legal Compliance & Disclosures

• This policy complies with New Jersey’s Consumer Fraud Act (N.J.S.A. 56:8-1 et seq.), which requires businesses to clearly disclose  refund and cancellation policies before a transaction.
• Aspire Lady Leaders, LLC. adheres to fair business practices and does not engage in misleading or deceptive policies.
• Refund and cancellation policies are clearly communicated on our website, invoices, and event registration pages.
• Exceptions may be made for documented medical emergencies or extenuating circumstances at our discretion and approval.
